# Quên mật khẩu Meey 3D

Nếu người dùng quên mật khẩu, tại giao diện Đăng nhập, người dùng bấm “Quên mật khẩu”. Sau đó nhập Email hoặc Số điện thoại để lấy lại mật khẩu.

**-         Nhập số điện thoại:** hệ thống sẽ gửi mã OTP và điện thoại của người dùng, sau đó người dùng nhập mã OTP như như hình dưới và bấm “Xác thực”. Cuối cùng người dùng đặt lại mật khẩu mới vầ bấm “Đổi mật khẩu”.         &#x20;

**-         Nhập địa chỉ Email:** hệ thống sẽ gửi mail xác thực thay đổi mật khẩu vào email của người dùng. Người dùng truy cập email và làm thao tác thay đổi mật khẩu như trong hướng dẫn. Sau khi thay mật khẩu mới người dùng quay lại trang chủ và đăng nhập bằng mật khẩu vừa thay.
