# Hướng dẫn khi quên mật khẩu Meey 3D

### Quên mật khẩu

* Muốn lấy lại mật khẩu, người dùng vào đăng nhập tài khoản và nhập số điện thoại chính chủ hoặc email rồi bấm “Tiếp tục”

* Hệ thống chuyển sang màn hình nhập mật khẩu tài khoản. Người dùng bấm nút “Quên mật khẩu” để lấy lại mật khẩu.

* Lấy mật khẩu qua số điện thoại: Người dùng nhập mã xác thực OTP gồm 6 chữ số được gửi về số điện thoại đã đăng ký tài khoản.

Cuối cùng người dùng nhập 2 lần mật khẩu mới và bấm “Tạo mật khẩu mới”
